我工作愉快吗？

这是一个我们都会问自己的问题，但我们常常没有花时间去找出问题的答案。一直做着无聊的事情显得更容易些吧。当我们不确定什么会让我们幸福开心的时候，为什么要给自己压力来改变呢？

这是一种阻止我们发展的想法。

如果从现在开始，你有机会建立能够让你快乐幸福的工作。

1、发展你的超能力

当你小的时候，可能你曾经偶尔写点东西或者拍照，但是在工作中你不再有机会应用这些技艺。你必须想办法去应用那些过去习得的技艺。

这些技艺会让你在工作的时候闪光。如果你忙于让你思想麻木的工作——停下来吧。你必须停下来因为它不会让你接近你的目标。

2、认识你的需要

如果你工作不开心，那是因为你没有满足自己的需要。这可能有点棘手，因为我们的需要总是在改变的，而且有时候我们认为会让我们开心幸福的需要到头来并不是这样的。方法就是尽力去想那些能够使我们开心的需要并找到如何在工作中让其实现。

3、给自己的优势配以激情

你的优势可能是写作，但你并不喜欢它。这种情况是时时发生的。你必须把你的优势和激情结合起来，这样你才有动机去完成伟大的工作。

也许你演讲表达自己的观点，那么利用这个优势来帮助你完成更多对你重要的事情。

4、从今天开始

不要等待和期望别人的提醒，自己掌握做好工作。如果你工作做的很好，你的客户/同事/老板将希望你更多的完成那惊奇的工作，因为他们看到了美好的结果。

5、过去的失败

如果你认为自己擅长组织会议，但是总有些事情会出错，那么可能是时候承认这只是你的激情而不是你的超能力。

6、调整过程

你不是十全十美的。你不能对任何事情都保持激情。当你某些事情失败的时候，把它抛在脑后并做出调整。找出什么让你在工作中是关键的。当你做好了一件工作，这会给你更多的动力去完成让你高兴的工作。

7、跨越低谷

每一种工作都有自己的苦差事。我们不可能都跻身于首席执行官进行管理。我们需要投入自己的时间和技艺在我们的工作上。不要仅仅因为你的一脸床糟糕的日子，就脱离了自己的轨道。努力工作，你就会拥有你自己都没有发觉的技艺。这些技艺将给你的工作带来新的可能。

1. China is new bad guy, because they’re building a new power station every 4 days. They talk in the news that…we have produced one thousand or one million barrels of oil today.
   新闻里说我们现在一天生产了几十几百万桶的油。
   But instead of we being rich…we are getting more poorer.
   但我们不但没有变有钱，反而越来越穷。

   Layefa is describing a phenomenon known as "the resource curse".
   Layefa所描述的现象被称作“资源的诅咒”。
   Paradoxically,finding oil usually increases a country’s poverty.
   很不合常理的，发觉石油常使一个国家更为穷困。
   As the oil wealth is concentrated in hands of a few.
   因为石油资源常被控制在极少数人的手中，
   so the agriculture,education,and health systen of the country become neglected and often collapsed.
   一个国家的农业，教育，医疗就会被忽略，甚至崩垮。
   Oil business isn’t just in bed with the government,it is the government.

   But the quarter of that energy makes stuffs for us.

   Western company pay Chinese workers crap wages to make crap plastic toys,
   上市公司付给中国劳工很鸟的薪水，让他们制造一些很鸟的塑料玩具。
   then ship them to Europe,and wrap them in more plastic.
   然后运到欧洲，再用更多塑料包装起来。
   Punters drive to the out-of-town megastore in their gas-guzzlers.
   人们开着他们的吃油怪物到城外的大卖场。
   Plastic toy and plastic box goes into plastic bag.

   2 days later,toy broken，and back it goes to a Chinese landfill where it stays for about,hmm,50 thousand years?
   两天后玩具坏了，又被运回去中国的掩埋场。在那里度过……大概5万年的余生吧？！！！！！！
   Lots of ideas have tried to take over the world,
   很多不同的思想都想要称霸世界，
   but there’s only one winner。
   但获胜的只有一个。

   3000 adverts bombard us every day.
   3000多个广告每天轰炸我们，
   Telling us we’ll be happier,more atracttive with better skin,
   告诉我们如果有漂亮的肌肤，就可以更迷人，更快乐，
   if only we buy their produce.
   只要我们肯买他们的产品的话。
   To get there,
   为了让顾客们可以拼命喷钱，
   they create incentives and insatiable desire to buy more and more stuff.
   他们创造了一堆诱因，和欲求不满的心理。
   Americans have been advertised that longest,
   美国人为此“奋斗”了最久，
   andthey now each consumed twice as much energy as an European,9 times morethan a Chinese person,15 times more than an Indian,and 50 times morethan someone from Kenya.
   他们现在平均一个人耗费的能源等于两个欧洲人，九个中国人，十五个印度人，五十个肯亚人。
   If all the 65 billion here on earth consumed like European or Japanese，
   如果地球上65亿人口都像欧洲人或日本人一样的消费的话，
   we need two more planets worth of resources.
   我们需要另外两个地球这么多的资源。
   If everyone consumed like American or Australian and Canadian,
   如果都像美国人或是澳洲人或是加拿大人一样的消费的话，
   we need another four.

   And in 2040 or so when there are about 90 billion of us,

   we need two more again.

   Capitalism’s only goal is ever expending growth,

   but ever expending growth on just a one not expending planet…

   It’s impossible.

   The con economic system is disastrous,
   伪善的经济体系后果就是灾难，
   not just for the planet,but for most people,too.

   400 years of capitalism has allowed the richest one 1% to take 40% for themselves,
   400年的帝国主义，让最有钱的1%分得40%的财富，
   leaving just 1% for the poorest to have.
   只剩下1%给最穷的人。
   But anyone wanting to live differently is fool ticket every time.
   每次有人想要拥有不同的生活都是痴人说梦。
   With profit,the only measuring step,

   destroying the planet is written into the system,
   残害地球的行为随之而来，
   and run away climate change is not very surprising result.

   We have an unspoken collected pact to pretend climate change wasn’t happening,
   我们很有默契的一起假装气候变迁没有发生，
   as though as long we ignore it hard enough,It wouldn’t be true.
   好象我们只要用力的忽略他，就真的不会成真。
   Not absolutely everyone,a few were shouting fire.
   但不是每个人都这样，有一些在大声疾呼。
   Oneof the greatest difficulties with climate change is that the effects ofour emissions today are not actually realized in terms of thetemperature，for 30 or 40 years so there is this time-lag system.
   面对气候变迁最大的困难是我们今天的排放可能会在30-40年后才会对温度有影响，所以是个“时间延迟”的系统。
   Which makes it difficult for us,humans,to respond.
   这对人类就很棘手，
   because we’re evolutionary equipped to deal with the very immediate threats,

   like advancing armies or dangerous animals.

   We’re not so well-equipped with dealing rationally with very long term problems like climate change.

   So we have to act now to stop something happening in the future,

   if we wait until the full temperature effects are already upon us,
   如果我们真的要等到气温已经完全改变再做事，
   then it is far too late to stop.

   If u remember one single number above all else,

   now everyone in the world pretty much,

   the European Union,big multi-national corporations,Greenpeace,political parties,

   all agreed that we have to stabilize global temperatures within 2 degrees above pre-industrial level,

   and the reason for that is because,if u cross that threshold,the narrow tipping point in the earth system,

   which could drive the warming process essentially out of control.

   Huge amount of carbon could be coming out of the world,
   世界上大量的碳都会释出，
   trees and soils,methane could be coming out of the perma-frost in Siberia,
   树木和土壤，西伯利亚永冻层的甲烷也会跑出来，
   and it is that extra input of greenhouse gases into the atomsphere,
   这些多出来进入大气层的温室气体，
   which then leads us up to the worst case scenario to 6 or more degrees,
   会导致最糟糕的状况发生，地球上的温度上升6度或更多，
   and the eventual wipeout of most of the life on earth.
   最终大部分的生命将会灭绝。
   So power emission has been going up,between,let is says,1950,
   能源排放从差不多1950开始不断上升，
   and now they need to level out,stabilize,and then decline

   just as rapidly to sustainable levels about an 80% cut by 2050.
   然后尽快下降到一个可以维持恒定的水平，差不多在2050年削减80%。
   But crucially,to keep the temperature rise within 2 degrees,

   this point of stabilization need to be at around 2015.
   在2015年这个值就必须达到稳定。
   And so that means,really,the time,timeline we ‘ve got,tiching clock,
   意思就是，真的，我们拥有的时间一分一秒的过去，
   is that we have to stabilize global emission within just 7 years from now as we speak 2008.
   从现在2008算起来，7年之内我们就要让全球排放稳定下来。
   And scale of this task to achieve a transformation to a low carbon economy

   of the entire,entirety of human civilization,

   is obviously,is huge,monumental task,probably the greatest humanity ever faced.

   I think most people were becoming disenchanted by this point.

   We’d stop believing that this was the golden era of human civiliaztion,

   and started questioning our collective values.
   而开始质疑我们全体的价值观。
   All I can hope is,an incredible disasters like Wenchuan Earthquake,
   我只希望，一个惨绝人寰的灾难像Wenchuan地震，
   and the horrible wars comes out and what not,that are going on around the world,
   和一些可怕的战争，还有许多正在发生在世界各地的事，
   will snap us out of yt.
   能够点醒我们。
   Let is see if it is headed in the right direction for the good of mankind.
   让看清楚我们现在是不是在朝对全体人类有益的方向前进。
   We wouldn’t be the first life form to wipe itself out,
   我们不是第一个毁掉自己物种的，
   But what would be unique about us,is that we did it knowingly.
   但特别的是，我们是在知晓的情况下做的。
   Why didn’t we save ourselves when we had the chance?
   我们为什么不在我们还有机会时拯救我们自己？
   Is the answer because on some level,we weren’t sure if we were worth saving?
   答案是因为在某种程度上，我们不确定自己是否值得被拯救吗？
   If we can not even stand united on eradicating poverty in the world,
   如果我们连地球上穷困都无法弭平，
   what is the health of the planet has any chance?
   怎么会有时间去管地球的健康呢？

   I think everyone in the furure will perhaps blame us for not thinking to protect the environment.
   我觉得未来每个人都会责怪我们，就为我们从没有思考过该如何保护我们的环境。
   We knew now to profit but not to protect.
   我们只知如何获取利益却不知保护。
   I just find it,surprising.
   我觉很诧异。
   That after so much effort,the final act of our existence,should be suicide.
   在经过这么多的努力后，我们最后竟是以自杀收场。
   本部影片拍摄过程排放94.270公斤的二氧化碳，相当于8个英国人一年的排放量，4个美国人一年的排放量，1000个坦桑尼亚人一年的排放量，91个使用永续发展方式生活的人一年的排放量，相当于Piers的一具风力发电机6天的发电量，相当于回收910，000个瓶子……
   虽然电影内容批评的对象，感觉好象跟台湾一点关系也没有，台湾人民似乎只需要同声谴责美国、英国等在国就好，但给各位一些数字参考一下。2006年各国每人排放二氧化碳吨数：台湾每人每年13.19吨。Alvin的美国19.78公吨，为台湾的150%;Fernand的法国6.6公吨，为台湾50%;Piers的英国 9.66公吨，为台湾的73%;Jeh的印度1.16公吨，为台湾的9%;Layefa的奈及利亚0.77公吨，为台湾的6%。由上数据可知，台湾人民在抵抗气候变迁的任务中，责无旁贷。
   你还是只把这部电影看完忧郁一无力一下就好吗？你还是只是看完以后仇恨美国人为何这样残骸地球而已吗？不要犹豫了！请一起加入环保的行列吧！

每天多坐大众交通工具，少开车，少骑机车；

购买食物、饮料时尽量选择本地出产食品，以减少碳足迹；

少食肉，肉类是继运输和房屋耗能后发现的又一大导致气候反常的主要因素，养成食素的好习惯；

随手关闭电源，打印影印使用双面或用单面废纸；

夏天冷气调至26-28度即可等等。

还有很多很多可以为地球做的事情，气候变迁是真实存在并且由人类造成的问题，现在再不下定决心解决，电影的预言就会成真。请告诉你的朋友、邻居、同事、同学，跟他们说明现在地球遭遇状况。大多数人并不是不愿意做，只是不知道气候变迁后果的严重性，和它的急迫程度。每个人的一点点力量，就可以造成很大的改变！阻止全球暖化，就差你一个而已！你的一切行动，都会影响地球的未来！今天就去开始起而行！
